A client focused company; we mold our service offerings to satisfy our clients needs. Our assignments have ranged in scope from small repairs requiring one or two men for a day, to continuous maintenance support by a multi-skilled crew of 20 to 30 mechanics, to major outage and construction support requiring hundreds of craftsmen. Except for very specialized assignments, all work is self-performed by an open-shop workforce consisting of millwrights, pipe fitters, welders (ASME Code IX and AWS D1.1 qualified), riggers, electricians, carpenters, cement finishers, etc., operating under a multi-skill mechanic philosophy. We hold a certificate of Authorization for use of the R stamp for Code Repairs and Alterations.

Depending upon client preference and ability to define an assignment PCM will provide services under a variety of commercial arrangements including fixed price, time and material, and gain-sharing types of agreements. We are open to and strongly support the concept of pay for performance.
